About Me:
Serving the City of Porterdale as a City Council member since 2021, Jill has been active in our community as a former Planning and Zoning Board member and volunteering for a local non-profit organization CARE Inc. Committed to serving our community, Council Member Minnoia has participated in leadership government programs including Leadership Rockdale, training through the UGA/Carl Vinson Institute, and the Georgia Municipal Association. Jill has a 23-year career in local government working for the City of Conyers and the City of Lilburn Georgia. Currently she is the Downtown Business and Events Coordinator for the City of Conyers. She loves the rich history of Porterdale, it's unique nostalgic old town vibe, and the beautiful river that flows through the center of town. Her greatest desire for our community is that our citizens feel confident that can make a difference by becoming involved and make Porterdale a desirable place to live and visit.
